Rental Pricing
Pine Lake Camps welcomes guest groups for overnight retreats. We do not offer single-day rentals of our facilities. Below is pricing for housing and spaces for your retreat or camp group. You are welcome to contact us to discuss how we can best serve you.
Parr Lodge Guest Rooms: $120 per night per room. Each room has a private entrance, private bathroom, a queen bed, and a twin bed (sleeps up to 3). Bedding and towels are provided. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay.
Minimum rental for Parr Lodge is 4 rooms per night. Includes use of fireside room (comfortable seating for 12), coffee supplies and mini-fridge, use of lower level meeting space (seats up to 40), and kitchen.Group Cabins: $35 per person per night. Most cabins can accommodate 10 guests and have attached shared restrooms. Towels and linens are not provided. Contact us to discuss the best housing options for your group.
Add to Your Room/Cabin Rental:
Parr Lodge Kitchen & Meeting Room: $50 per day with group cabin rental or included free with rental of 4 rooms in Parr Lodge. Kitchen has a 6-burner stove and oven, two large refrigerators/freezers, coffee supplies, pots, pans, dishes, flatware and utensils. 
Chapel: $100 for the first day. $50 for each additional day. The chapel seats up to 200 in theater-style seating, and can be arranged according to your needs.
Dining Hall: Round and oblong tables are available, and plenty of seating for your group. $100 for the first day. $50 for each additional day. Use of dining hall is free/included with a meal plan if PLC cooks for
your group.
