If you register online:
Credit Card Charges: Your card will be charged immediately upon registration. We do not accept American Express.
Church Scholarships: If you have been granted a scholarship from your church or your church has agreed to pay a portion of your camp fee they will provide you with a Sponsorship Code which you can enter during the checkout process. The amount will then be deducted from your total and your church will be billed for this amount.
Timeshare Campers: Campers who attend a church that participates in the Timeshare programs do not pay any registration fees directly to the camp (this does not include the "Extra Payments" listed below. Your church will provide you with a Sponsorship Code to use during the checkout process of registration. Please contact your church for payment details.
Extra Payments: If you are ordering a photo or depositing money into your child's camp account, be aware that these fees will be charged when registering. You will also have an opportunity to make these purchases when you arrive at camp.
After Registering: You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your registration is submitted. A final registration confirmation will be mailed and list actual charges and serve as your registration receipt.
